September
11, 2008 marks the seven year anniversary of the One anniversary of violence, one
of nonviolence. One response with
violence, the other with nonviolence.
Be part of a memorial service to remember those whose lives were changed
that day, and to pledge "I choose nonviolence."
We will
meet at 7:30pm at the 9-11 MEMORIAL in the
Unity
Church of Arlington 3525 S. Bowen Road

Opening, candle lighting and minute
of silence, followed by Memorial Poem
Song Come and join us
as we remember, and promote Peace in our world. Bring
banners, signs and symbols of peace.
Unity
Church of Arlington is the home of the first memorial in Texas to 9-11, where
ashes from the World Trade Center are sealed in a glass brick, placed in the
wall of the Prayer Garden. We are grateful for their hospitality in hosting this event.
